Complete payment online without having to enter your personal banking. Save our account details in your Beneficiary List to make payment even faster and easier next time!

OPTION 2: ONEPAY PAYMENT GATEWAY
OnePAY Payment Gateway offers a safe and flexible solution for digital payments adhering to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. Your credit card data is encrypted and your purchase information is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. OnePAY accepts 99.8% of local cards from 39 banks in Vietnam plus international cards Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay.

You will receive a confirmation email once your online order has been completed and we will ship as soon as we can confirm receipt of payment. Please note that transfers from some banks may experience a time delay for completion.

SHIPPING SERVICE
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our delivery service operates daily 7-days-a-week from midday until 9pm. We guarantee same-day delivery right to your door throughout Hanoi. For all regions outside of Hanoi we offer 2-5 days delivery time. If for any reason you would like us to delay shipping, or you wish to select a particular date upon which to receive your goods, please include this in the notes section at checkout.

Shipping rates (where applicable) are automatically calculated at checkout, based on distance from our closest store, and added to your bill. We offer FREE delivery for all orders in excess of VND 1,000,000 (up to a max 8km* from our store), with shipping fee for all other orders  calculated as follows:
<3km*: FREE (with minimum order value of VND 500,000, or else a VND 20,000 shipping fee will be applied)
3-4km*: VND 35,000
4-5km*: VND 40,000
An extra VND 5,000 shipping fee will be added for every additional km up to a maximum of 25km* from our store. For all orders >25km* we will contact you directly to confirm the shipping fee before completing the purchase.

If we are unable to fulfil the whole or part of your order for any reason, then we will contact you to either swap a product for another or to issue a refund, whichever is preferable.

We do not accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, and/or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check these details carefully when placing your order and consider creating an account so they are saved for next time!

There may be issues out of our control extreme weather, adverse driving conditions and traffic congestion that affect shipping times. In these circumstances we will give you a call to keep you posted. Please note that Vietnamese public holidays may also cause some delays to our service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All Gifts & Merch items are available for worldwide shipping and are usually fulfilled within 2-3 weeks but may take longer due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control. Contact us at shopping@3blindmen.vn for a quotation. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Bottle Shop™ accepts no responsibility for any such charges which must be paid by the recipient.
