Về Để Đi New Make Single Malt.

New Make is in short ‘not yet whisky’; the raw, undiluted spirit that will eventually, one day, hopefully not over the rainbow, become whisky. This New Make is to be aged/matured in barrels and will then become welcomed as whisky, specifically the eagerly-awaited Về Để Đi Whisky that will launch at Tết 2027.

This is an unaged, small batch, production, using a pale ale malt bill. It is in effect a single malt whisky, but an unaged one, and therefore according to many definitions… not yet whisky! It has been incredibly well received since launch and proudly scooped “World’s Best New Make” at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards.

Limited edition so grab one whilst you can! 700ml. 55% ABV.
