Kvass By VGreen is a 100% natural fermentation from rye, grapes and honey; the combination of Kvass-infused yeast following a 1,000 year old Russian tradition combined with Kombucha brewing method. The ABV is undefined due to the natural fermentation but is estimated at around 1% up to 3% at a very maximum.
