East West Cần Thơ Soursop Berliner Weisse

East West Cần Thơ Soursop Berliner Weisse is a perfect marriage of the traditional German Berliner Weisse style and fresh soursop from Thới Hưng (Cần Thơ), a region famous for grafting soursop onto flood-resistant pond apple rootstock. The beer pours a smooth, milky white, with a gentle tartness that balances perfectly against the soursop’s natural creamy richness, and stands out for fresh notes of green apple, wild berries and pineapple.
