East West S.D.N. Hazy Hazy is brewed in collaboration with Zero State Beer (Oregon, USA), founded by Darren Provenzano — a brewer who once left his mark on Vietnam’s craft scene, now returning to reconnect and create something new with East West Brewing. This hazy IPA is a bright, expressive blend of New World hops and soft malt character. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops are layered in both the whirlpool and dry hop, drawing out lush notes of ripe tropical fruit, white grape, and citrus zest. The mouthfeel is soft and pillowy, finishing with just enough bitterness to keep it balanced and crushable. Unfiltered and juicy, it’s a nod to the new-school haze with a clean fermentation profile and vibrant hop expression.
