Hạ Long Rum is an artisanal rum made from freshly pressed sugarcane sourced from the lush fields of Thach Thanh. The rum is naturally fermented with proprietary yeast and carefully distilled in copper pot and column stills to preserve its pure essence. It is then rested for a few months in handcrafted Đông Triều ceramic jars to smoothen its taste.
