A Helles-style Lager pouring a rich gold in colour. Malt and hops from France and New Zealand. Fruity on the nose but wit a distinct German taste. As a result of double fermentation the sugar content is almost completely broken down. Brings back memories of the Holsten Pils TV adverts from the 1980s.
