To create a strong spicy taste for this hot sauce, 3 varieties of Big Mama Mustard pepper (nearly 1,400,000 SHU) are used along with Shishito pepper and green Bird’s Eye Chili.

In addition to the spiciness of chili, you can feel the pungency of horseradish, an ingredient used to simulate the pungency of wasabi.

The refreshing sour taste and slightly bitter aroma of the hot sauce from the Japanese Yuzu along with a bit of natural richness from kombu dashi create this unique chili sauce.
