This is a special ultra-spicy collaboration with the band KiNH. Why is it so special?

First, the Color – To create the pitch-black shade of THUI, DÊ used 100% Chocolate Carolina Reaper (close to 2 million SHU), fermented for over a year together with purple onions, black garlic, and ginger.

Second, the Flavour – The intense, numbing heat is perfectly balanced with aged Balsamic vinegar and handcrafted Kombucha, giving it a unique, tangy twist. On top of that, purple basil leaves and Đắk Lắk Nitro Stout from Rooster Beers bring a deep, aromatic finish with a slight bitterness — true to the essence of “THUI”: fiery, sour, bold, and unforgettable.
