Originally inteded as the brewery’s launch beer but starting on a shoestring meant Bắc had to start small and, instead, delighted us with limited releases Pale Ale Cascade, Calista Juicy Pale Ale, and Passion Fruit Kettle Sour. This 4th release from Bắc is arguably their best brew to date, showcasing what some people consider to be the best hop in the universe – Mosaic. As for for the flavour, Bắc don’t like to tell you how the beer tastes, that’s up to you. Taste is subjective after all.
