“Dolphin” Kotthu with Chicken. First things first, no dolphins were harmed in the making of this dish! Dolphin Kotthu is a “wet” Kotthu dish, made with hand-torn homemade paratha (a thin flatbread) cooked in a wok with curry sauce and additional chili flakes and chili paste, making it a spicier take on the original Kotthu recipe.
